I tend to love what’s in front of me, but there are a few cheeses I want to snack on as soon as they come in. Mobay is one of those cheeses.

You’ll see an ash line dividing the layer of sheep's milk and goats’ milk. The texture is creamy and mild, and it is just easy to love.

Carr Valley, out of Wisconsin, makes this cheese, and I hope you love it as much as I do.
