We're cooking from Padma's All American (Tales, Travels, and Recipes from Taste the Nation and Beyond: A Cookbook) by Padma Lakshmi. You won't want to miss the culinary journey through American cuisine. It's an exploration of food in this country that will spark so many great conversations (and tastes) during our cookbook club.
Here's how it works: Choose a recipe from Padma's All American that speaks to you, make it, and bring it to share. We'll eat together, talk about what we cooked (the triumphs, the surprises, the "I'd do this differently next time"), and discuss the book itself.
Along with your dish, bring your own plate and fork (the fewer dishes, the better).
We are excited to sit down with you and share a meal.
