Join us for the Seasons Cookbook Club on Sunday, June 28th, from 4 PM to 6 PM at Shea Cheese Lounge (right next to Shea Cheese).

We're cooking from Mi Cocina by Rick Martinez — a deeply personal love letter to Mexico told through 130+ regional recipes. After leaving New York to road-trip through every corner of the country, Martinez documented the dishes, techniques, and cooks he encountered along the way, from the smoky moles of Oaxaca to the seafood-forward kitchens of Veracruz. The result is less a greatest-hits collection and more an invitation to cook with curiosity — dishes rooted in place, memory, and the kind of generous home cooking that doesn't ask you to cut corners.

Here's how it works: Choose a recipe from Mi Cocina that speaks to you, make it, and bring it to share. We'll eat together, talk about what we cooked (the triumphs, the surprises, the "I'd do this differently next time"), and discuss the book itself.

Along with your dish, bring your own plate and fork (the fewer dishes, the better).
