We opened in 2022 to give Phoenix something it didn't have: a neighborhood cheese shop where you can taste cheese before you buy, discover exceptional American artisan cheeses, and actually learn about what you're eating.

But we're more than just cheese.

We make killer grilled cheese sandwiches and custom grazing boards for your gatherings.

We carry carefully curated local gifts that don't suck.

And when the space next door became available, we created Shea Lounge—our home for cheese classes (from 101 to deep dives), cookbook club, comedy nights, tastings, and whatever else gives neighbors a reason to hang out together.
