Tulip Tree is based in Indianna and makes some of our favorite cheeses that we don’t get in as often as we would like. You might remember the nettle cheese from several months ago. Well, here is another great semi soft, double cream cheese from them. Please enjoy!

Tasting Notes: Nutty, slightly herbaceous from the hops, with a smooth, creamy texture and just a hint of the pleasant funk.

Pairing Vibes: BEER. Obviously. IPAs, pale ales, basically any hoppy beer will love this cheese. Try it with a funky orange wine or a light red. Pair it with whole grain mustard, cornichons, and some good rye bread.
