Her small-batch cheeses reflect a dedication to quality over quantity, with a lineup that showcases the richness of cow's milk. We love this cheese as it was one of the first cheeses we brought in when we opened. It tastes like a perfect blend of Havarti and Gouda. It is creamy, lactic, and delicious.

Pair it with: Cured meats, stone fruits, bacon jams. It’s also great on a grilled cheese.
