Founded in 2013 by Anna Landmark, Landmark Creamery is a small batch diary in Wisconsin. They are known for their cheese and butter….yum, butter.

Herbes de Provence are layered on the outside of this Fontina, creating a wonderfully herby cheese.

Pair it with: Fresh baguette and nothing else (really).

Cook with it: This cheese is a perfect melting cheese so get creative.
