Elise is the cheesemaker at Redhead Creamery, and if you want to talk about a family affair, this creamery is it. The cheeses are named after family members. If you follow their Instagram, you'll often see family members featured, and it’s just an adorable farm in Minnesota.

Little Lucy is a brie that graces our shelves often but not too often because we have to order these directly from the maker, which can be a hindrance in Phoenix, as you all can imagine. But Lucy is worth a try. Delicate, perfectly lactic, and fun. The format, when not in a heart shape, is slightly taller than a regular brie, which we personally prefer.

Pair it with: Anything that you love to eat with brie.

Use it: If you want to go a little crazy, make a sandwich.
