Redhead Creamery Alise Sjostrom grew up on her family's dairy farm in Brooten, Minnesota, and turned that legacy into something entirely her own. After studying cheesemaking and gaining industry experience, she returned home to launch Redhead Creamery in 2014. Her cheeses—including the beloved Little Lucy Brie—have earned national recognition and put Minnesota squarely on the artisan cheese map. Alise is a shining example of a new generation of women who are transforming American dairy farming from the inside out.

Margie is a clothbound cheddar named after sister #4. This cheese is bright and sharp. Fun and fruity. It’s such a great cheddar for snacking and looks great on a cheese board.
