Happy New Year!

We hope your New Year was quiet and safe, mostly because that’s all we ever expect out of a New Year. Let’s all sneak through 2026 quietly and safely. Making it through entirely unscathed by whatever 2026 wants to throw at us.

This month doesn’t have a specific theme. When we sat down to think about what you might enjoy in January, we picked a few cheeses that make us happy. They are cheeses that can challenge us but, in general, bring joy to the table.

Below is the list of your cheeses for January. We kept them simple and varied. Brie, cheddar, blue, and Gouda are the staples of a great cheese plate. You can choose to set them all out and have friends over or maybe you want to spread them out of the coming weeks. Using one at a time. The only thing I would insist on is using the Moses Sleep first because she is RIPE.
